VISION
Approaching the vision, the second pillar of our identity, we opened the book of dreams. We asked ourselves what our ambitions were, not only from a professional point of view but also in terms of human and relational aspects. We freed ourselves from our hesitations by expanding our horizons and projected ourselves into the future, thinking about where we would like to be, how we would like to be, and how we would like to be considered in the future by our partners, clients, and those who choose to be part of our family.
We have imagined a message that will be a source of inspiration for those we will meet along our journey.
Vision Statement: "our dream!"
To become the reference point in graphic communication, one step at a time.
VALUES
The third pillar of our identity is represented by the reference values of our Culture. There are eight values that characterize us, that are part of our DNA, and that guide our behaviors.
- Respect: "More than a value, it is a prerequisite. We act respecting ourselves, others (colleagues, partners, suppliers, clients), the equipment, the furnishings, and the company regulations."
- Reliability: "We behave in a way that the counterpart always has a margin of safety regarding our ability to meet requests or similar situations over time."
- Responsibility: "Similarly, we are responsible in every situation because we evaluate and consider the consequences of our actions on the relationship and the people involved - and we respond conscientiously."
- Loyalty: "We would never do to others what we wouldn't want done to us, we behave towards others as if they were always present in front of us."
- Passion: "Our motto is - Do what you love, and you will never work a day in your life - (Confucius)."
- Innovation: "We like to constantly challenge the status quo to find the best solutions."
- Collaboration: "Collaborating is beautiful because burdens are shared, and unattainable goals can be achieved together."
- Serenity in the workplace environment: "It is the foundation for us to build a productive day in harmony with others."
