Right of withdrawal
1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 30 days from receipt of the products. The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, within the aforementioned deadline, by written notice at the Nuova Algis headquarters, to be sent via Fax +39 010 7170954 or e-mail to orders@blackbirdracing.com.
2. The customer who intends to use the right of withdrawal must return the products to the address indicated on the receipt within 30 days of receipt of goods. According to the law, the Customer will not have the right to withdraw in case of supply of customized products.
3. The costs of returning the products are charged to the customer. Nuova Algis will return, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the products by the Customer, the full amount paid, only in case of return of the product complete with all its parts and functionality.
