The new TSC seat cover is an innovative and revolutionary concept because the TSC inserts, developed exclusively by Blackbird Racing, are based on a 3D printed nanotechnology, specifically for off-road bike sports. This technology, tested both in the military field, as well as in Olympic sports and Motorsports (F1), is based on the specialised sucker effect generated by two parts - the ''Volcano'' and ''Cone” - which significantly modify the contact between the rider and the bike. This change improves grip, control, and stability. The enhanced contact between rider and motorcycle stems from a different flow of air inside the components, and on the increased anti-slip effect given by the inserts. Details
The sticky graphics for motocross, enduro, motard and trial are created using high-performing and high-quality materials. The used crystall is 0,5mm thick; the sticker is specifically designed for the off-road use and it is combined with a strong and long lasting adhesive. Silk-screen printing realised with resistant and shiny inks. To obtain the best result, the sticker must always be warmed up with a dryer and exposed to a light pressure. Do not use soaps or solvents; just clean up the surface with a dry rag. Seat cover created on the basis of the latest requests of the market using the best non-slip materials, it gives to the rider an excellent control in the driving. Non-slip effect and technical characteristics focused on the off-road use. The cover has a good water resistance but it isn't completely watertight. The thread used for the seams is waterproof and rubbing-resistant. Only the best materials on the market are used to provide a valuable and high quality product.
